Você usa pack de textura? Verificou seu Java? Mais de Qualquer Maneiro tenta atualizar o driver do seu computador ou deletar o programa update.cl da pasta data do seu .minecraft ( obs: se você joga pelo laucher da craftlandia dentro da pasta a outra pasta com o nome .minecraft ;D ) e atualiza dnv Acho que isso deve resolver

Verifique se a versão do seu java é a 7, caso não seja instale-a(Java 7: https://www.java.com/pt_BR/download/manual_java7.jsp), se o problema ainda persistir, faça um check-up com o slin drivers para ver se todos os seus drivers estão atualizados, se ainda não resolvido, reinstale o seu modpack, para reinstalar seu modpack, deve excluir todos os arquivos, e baixa-lo novamente.
